The Process

Set in Clearwater, Florida, this home offered the kind of space, layout, and location ideal for Kasu’s short-term rental model. We saw an opportunity to create something beyond a standard vacation rental—a curated villa experience combining indoor wellness features with outdoor resort-style living.

Over several months, our team redesigned both the interior and exterior of the home. Inside, we installed a full private gym with commercial-quality equipment and an infrared sauna—an uncommon feature in the short-term rental space. Outside, we built out a multi-sport court, fire pit lounge, oversized dining setup, and a resort-inspired pool area.

Every finish, from kitchen appliances to lounge seating, was chosen to deliver long-term quality, functional group-friendly layouts, and an aesthetic that balances modern and comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is fully renovated with beautiful, modern bathrooms and crisp, clean white linens that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the backyard is simply amazing — my children spent nearly all their time outside playing different sports and games. It was so refreshing to see them so active and happy!
Inside the home, we also enjoyed the pool table, which added extra fun to our evenings. The location is perfect, just about 5 minutes from the beach — Indian Shores is stunning and not overly crowded.
This home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely stay here again. I’ve never seen my kids enjoy the outdoors this much — it was a joy for the whole family
