Kasu was founded by operators who built their careers inside real estate, not adjacent to it. Spencer scaled capital and development platforms. Alex managed millions of square feet across dozens of markets. Across both careers, the same pattern emerged: some of the most compelling cash-flow segments in real estate were still operated like small local businesses.
