The Process
Located in Seminole, Florida, this property offered the kind of layout, lot size, and market potential we look for in a Kasu home. From day one, our goal was to take a standard single-family house and transform it into a thoughtfully designed short-term rental that feels like a private resort.
Over several months, the home underwent a complete renovation—inside and out. We reimagined the backyard, adding custom features like a multi-sport court, mini golf course, beach volleyball, and a heated pool. Indoors, we focused on creating comfortable, functional spaces for large groups, including bunk room setups, spacious king bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Every decision, from the layout down to the finishes, was made with long-term durability, guest experience, and aesthetic quality in mind.
