A backyard built as the destination
The property had the combination Kasu looks for: a flexible layout, a large lot, and a market where group travel demand can support a true amenity-led stay.
The repositioning focused on turning the outdoor space into a private resort, with a heated pool, multi-sport court, beach volleyball, mini golf, soccer, fire pit, and spaces for groups to spend the entire day together.
Inside, the home was planned around large-group comfort, durable finishes, smart bedroom layouts, and hotel-quality details that can hold up under professional hospitality operations.
