  • Spencer Shafran

    Chief Executive Officer

    Spencer has held multiple leadership positions throughout his career. He’s led acquisition and disposition efforts for over $1.5 billion of assets under development and management, sourced and negotiated over $175 million in financing facilities for land acquisitions, construction projects and stabilized assets. In addition to project experience, Spencer has been a primary manager for five separate real estate funds, across various asset classes, raising over $65 million in equity; and led development consultant teams and construction projects through to completion.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Alex has a background in real estate development, financial management, and property management. With experience managing over 8 million square feet of real estate, across 30+ markets, he has maintained and managed relationships with thousands of tenants, ranging from large multinational corporations to single independents. His expertise have not only transformed properties but also generated substantial value for stakeholders.

  • Nicolas Luna

    VP Property Management

    Nicolas has spearheaded operations, client acquisition and maintenance standards for various property management firms. With a background in Finance and Economics, he has founded and grown a full-service real-estate property management business to over 175 properties, specializing in portfolio management, leasing, real-estate investment consultation and sales. Nicolas’ strength is developing intuitive customer journeys, seeking opportunities to increase property listing visibility, and finding ways to leverage technology to streamline business operations.

    VP Operations & Technology

    David’s background in both finance as well as software engineering has led to meaningful involvement in both spaces. He gained experience facilitating mid-market M&A transactions with KPMG’s Corporate Finance team. As a software engineer at Zapper and then TD, he helped develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Finally, his entrepreneurial edge led him to start and scale an online cleaning agency from $0 to $100k in run-rate revenue within 7 months. David’s analytical skills in tandem with his operating experience make him a cross-functional, valuable asset.
